Delivery

We hold thousands of beds in stock for immediate dispatch. Other special order items will normally be delivered to you within 21 working days unless stated otherwise.  All beds and mattresses orders are delivered free of charge on a premium 2 man delivery service unless otherwise stated. Once your order has been placed an approximate delivery date will be confirmed to you along with your order confirmation normally within 24 hours.  

Specialist Two Man Room of Choice Delivery

We recognise the importance of delivery in the buying process. For this reason we use professional specialist 2 man delivery teams who will take the items to the room of your choice. We know your time is precious and our delivery partners will contact you the day prior to delivery with a 3-4 hour delivery time slot. By request it is also possible to arrange for the driver to call you approximately one hour prior to your delivery, should you require this service please advise our customer service team when we call you to arrange delivery. Deliveries are normally made Monday - Saturday between 7.00am and 8.00pm.

Please help to ensure your delivery goes as smoothly as possible by advising of any difficult access points or delivery restrictions and by ensuring that there is adequate access to the relevant room. Please note that we are unable to remove old beds and mattresses for health and safety reasons.

General Information

Under normal circumstances 98% all orders will be delivered on a 2 man delivery service, however small order such as headboards, pillows and roll pack mattresses may be delivered on a one man carrier service to your door This means the courier will only deliver your item to the front door of the designated delivery address.   Please note that if you reside in an apartment or a block of flats, the delivery driver is only contracted to deliver to the lobby of the building only. Should your order being delivered on a one man service we will notify you in advance.

 While we provide guidelines for how long delivery takes, we cannot and do not guarantee delivery times. During holiday periods such as Christmas lead times maybe extended slightly as some suppliers have shutdown periods.  All items are self assembly unless otherwise stated.  Multiple orders receiving free delivery will be delivered in one drop, split date deliveries will be charged accordingly. Please note: We are able to deliver to the UK mainland only; regrettably we are unable to deliver to Ireland and the Channel Islands. The following postcodes are premium delivery postcodes and maybe subject to additional surcharges depending upon your order AB10-AB99, BT-BT94, FK19-FK21, , KA27-KA28, KW, PA20-PA78, PH9-PH50, PO30-PO39, IV1-IV99.  Selected products can de delivered to Islands GY1-GY9, IM1-IM99, HS1-HS9, JE1-JE99, please call for quotation.
