Breasley as a whole has over 200 employees that are split between two huge factories in Derbyshire. In 1988 they became the first company in the industry to purchase a CNC contour cutting machine. This is still a technology that they widely use today to make their memory foam mattresses although now they have many more of them in order to keep up with their growing demand!
